Brian Allshouse

Brian Allshouse PA-C has worked in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery for over 30 years.  His cardiothoracic surgery training was from The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland, Ohio.  His initial work experience was at Harper Hospital, Detroit, Michigan followed by Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. 

Over 25 years ago he relocated to Arizona, where he has remained.  Mr. Allshouse has worked with Dr. Tibi for over two and a half decades. 

Mr. Allshouse is a specialist at endovascular harvesting of both the saphenous vein and radial artery.  In fact, he performed the first endovascular vein harvest in Arizona. 

Mr. Allshouse has been associated with Yavapai Cardiac Surgery since its inception.  He is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants.

After graduating in 1991 from Cuyahoga Community College and completing his Cardiothoracic training at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland Ohio he started his career at Harper Hospital in Detroit Michigan he then went on to work at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton Ohio.

Brian then came to Phoenix Arizona where he started working with Pierre Tibi, MD at Valley Cardiothoracic Surgery. He has worked with Dr Tibi for 26 years. In conjunction with Dr Tibi, Brian performed the first endovascular vein harvest in Arizona at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix in 1998. 

Brian has continued working with Pierre Tibi, MD after Dr Tibi founded Phoenix Cardiac Surgery and then followed him to Prescott where Dr Tibi founded Yavapai Cardiac Surgery in 2007.
